CAC Sending 9 Swimmers To 2010 NCAA Division III Championships
The Capital Athletic Conference will send nine swimmers, including seven from the University of Mary Washington and two from St. Mary's College (Md.), to the 2010 NCAA Division III Championships March 17-20 at the University of Minnesota Aquatic Center.

UMW Junior Sarah Crockett Captures CAC Women’s Swimmer Of The Year Award
Mary Washington junior Sarah Crockett (Toano, Va./Lafayette) and third-year coach Matt Sellman combined to lead the Eagles to their 20th-consecutive Capital Athletic Conference championship. Crockett, one of two swimmers to win three individual events and one of four swimmers to earn seven All-CAC nods at the 2010 Championship, was named the CAC Women’s Swimmer of the Year while Sellman was tabbed by his peers as the 2010 Coach of the Year.
