St. Mary's junior forward Gina Seifert led the Seahawks to two victories during the week over Mary Washington and York. Led the team in points per game with 19 against Mary Washington and 17 against York. The 5-11 forward recorded a double-double against York, knocking down 17 points and gathering 15 rebounds. Additionally, Seifert hustled for four steals against Mary Washington and recorded one block in both games this week.

Salisbury's Courtney Brigham recorded her first double-double of the season in a loss to York College on Wednesday night, tallying 13 points and 10 rebounds. She also added three assists and two steals in the contest. Brigham then followed it up with eight points and a team-high six rebounds against Southern Virginia University on Saturday afternoon...York's Katie McGowan had another big week for the Spartans including passing a career milestone on Wednesday against Salisbury. McGowan started her week with a career-high tying 29 points and four rebounds in the 72-62 win over Salisbury. McGowan entered the game needing 29 points to reach 1,000 career points and shot got that bucket with just over 20 seconds left in the game to become York's 16th 1,000 point scorer. McGowan was13-for-24 from the floor and 3-for-5 from the line in the win. She also had an assist, three steals and a blocked shot in the victory. In Saturday's game at St. Mary's, McGowan tallied 22 points and grabbed 10 rebounds for her team-best sixth double-double of the year. She was 8-for-17 from the floor including 2-for-2 from three. McGowan also had two steals in the game against the Seahawks. McGowan finished the week averaging 25.5 points, 7.0 rebounds, 2.5 steals and 0.5 blocked shots as she averaged 37.5 minutes per game. She shot 51.2% from the floor and 50% from the line. McGowan is tied for first in scoring in the league (18.2 ppg), leads the CAC in free throws made per game, is seventh in the league in rebounding, and is ninth in the CAC in steals per game...Mary Washington's Jordan Pamlanye nearly turned in a perfect week for Mary Washington, who split with St. Mary's and Penn State Harrisburg. On Wednesday against the Seahawks, she made all three of her field goal tries, scoring eight points to go with nine rebounds. On Saturday for senior day, she scored 15 points on 6-7 shooting, and added 11 rebounds. For the week, she averaged 11.5 points and 10 rebounds per game, shooting 90% from the floor...Southern Virginia's Katie Garrish averaged 17.5 ppg while shooting 55.6 percent and 17.5 rebounds per game with six a game coming on the offensive end and five blocks for the week despite going 1-1. Garrish's double-doubles moved her into third in the nation in double-doubles for the season at 17...Christopher Newport's Jessica Daguilh scored over 20 points for the third time this season and notched her fourth double-double of the season in a win against Frostburg State ... Carried team to win with 8 points, 5 rebounds, 2 blocks, and a steal in the final quarter against the Bobcats ... Added 6 points, 7 rebounds in just 22 minutes against Southern Virginia ... Averaged 14.0 ppg, 9.0 rpg for the week.
