<title>2009 CAC Volleyball Preview: Competitive Balance Still Featured Heading Into New Season</title>
      <link>http://cacsports.com/sports/vball/2009-10/releases/09SeasonPreview</link>
<description>Salisbury and St. Mary's were the top two teams in the Capital Athletic Conference regular season last year. The Sea Gulls' 3-1 win over the Seahawks in the conference title match, which clinched Salisbury's second-straight title and third in the last five years, was an excellent display of the quality of competition in the CAC. Volleyball has long been one of the most competitive sports in the CAC, with a handful of teams annually ready to challenge for top honors. The 2009 season will likely be just as balanced as the first 18 CAC campaigns.</description>
