Christopher Newport sophomore guard Jason Aigner led the 17th-ranked Captains to two CAC victories this week by posting 20 and 25 points as CNU defeated St. Mary?s and Mary Washington. Aigner shot 50% from the field and 50% from three-point range, and matched a career best with 25 points Saturday vs. Mary Wasington. He now has connected on 79 threes this season, third-best in a single season in program history.

Salisbury's Blair Davis led the Sea Gulls to a pair of CAC wins this week, scoring 20 or more points twice in victories against Mary Washington and Penn State-Harrisburg. Along with shooting 55 percent from the floor, he was good on 21 of 23 free throws and dished out eight assists while pulling in six rebounds. Davis rarely takes a rest, playing 69 of 80 minutes this week...Frostburg State junior Lawrence Pettis averaged 16.5 PPG in two games last week as the Bobcats finished 1-1...Mary Washington's Mark Madison averaged 13.0 PPG while shooting 53.3% from the field this week. He scored 12 points on 3-6 shooting, including 2-3 three pointers, in a road loss to Salisbury, and scored 14 points on 5-9 shooting (4-7 3 pt. fg) in a loss at CNU on Saturday.
