Briefly, what is your background in the sport you play?

I have played soccer since I was five years old and I’ve loved it ever since. I started playing travel soccer competitively when I was eight years old.

What is your major in college, and what is the most important thing you learned in that discipline?

My major is Early Childhood and Special Education with a minor in Psychology. The most important thing that I have learned is that all children learn differently and it is a teacher’s job to differentiate the lesson so it meets the needs of all students.

What is your favorite spot on campus?

My favorite spot on campus is sitting by the fountain during the springtime because the campus looks really pretty.

Outside of your home and campus, where is your favorite place to visit?

My favorite place to visit is Key West, Florida. I have family down there that I get to visit every so often and to me, it is the most beautiful place in the world.

Other than your team, what organization (s) do you participate in (on campus or off campus)?

I am a member of Best Buddies, which is a volunteer organization for one-to-one friendships for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, Student Education Association Member, which is the club on campus that goes along with my major, and I also volunteer for the Special Olympics and Habitat for Humanity.

Briefly describe the most memorable experience during your collegiate athletic career.

My most memorable experience during my collegiate athletic career was being the first team in CAC women’s soccer history to win the conference as a sixth seed.

Other than your family members, who was the most influential person in your life?

The most influential person in my life would be my soccer coach, Craig Tyrrell. He helped me to develop my passion for soccer and I have always looked up to him.

What is your favorite form of entertainment?

My favorite form of entertainment is music because it either helps me get ready for games or helps me to relax after a long day.

If you could give one piece of advice to elementary school children, what would that advice be?

Don’t be afraid to fail. The best lessons come from making mistakes and it is important to learn from those mistakes and always keep trying.

Outside of the CAC, who or what is your favorite sports person or team?

My favorite athlete is Carli Lloyd because through her style of play you can see how competitive, aggressive, and passionate she is for the game of soccer.

Name three people, real or fictional, living or dead, that you’d like to have dinner with?

Carli Llyod because I have always looked up to her and she is my favorite athlete. Nicholas Sparks because I really enjoy reading his books. Sandra Bullock because she is my favorite actress and I think she is funny.
